He enjoyed a successful loan spell with Blue Square North side Droylsden earlier this season, notching twelve goals for the club.
Rowe's move was made possible with funds donated by supporters of Stockport County, something Jim Gannon was extremely thankful for, "The club really appreciates that supporters of the football club have come forward and provided additional finance which has gone directly into the funding of such an exciting player."
