ROTHERHAM UNITED: MILLERS ADD POSH DEFENDER

Rotherham United have signed Peterborough defender Scott Griffiths on loan until the end of the season.

The 26 year old has spent time on loan with Millers' near neighbours Chesterfield and league rivals Crawley Town this season.

Speaking to the club's official website Griffiths revealed that the Millers' expressed an interest in him earlier in the season, "I had plans already in place at the start of the season but then I heard about the move again a couple of days ago, and everything got organised fairly quickly."

Griffiths' move to the Don Valley Stadium is expected to mark the end of Jon Harley's stay at the club. The club had looked to make his loan deal from Notts County permanent but that now looks dead in the water.
