KETTERING TOWN: POPPIES FACE WINDING UP PETITION

HMRC have issued a winding-up petition to Blue Square Premier side Kettering Town which is expected to be heard on February 6th.

The club have been in a dire position on the field since November, having not recorded a win in that time. They sacked their manager Mark Stimson last week, replacing him with former boss Mark Cooper on Wednesday.

The Poppies are currently under a transfer embargo and have their entire first team squad available for transfer.
