Blackpool have recalled Mark Halstead from his loan spell with Blue Square Premier side Stockport County.
The 21 year old has returned to the Championship side after featuring on four occasions for the Hatters. His recall to the club follows the news of an injury to Blackpool's Matt Gilks.
Speaking following Halstead's departure, Stockport manager Jim Gannon said, "I would like to thank Blackpool for allowing one of their young players to join us at such short notice. I would also like to thank Mark for his time and effort whilst he has been with us."
Striker Antonio German has also been told he can leave the club after discussions with the management team this week. It has been confirmed that the 19 year old's contract at Edgeley Park will not be extended beyond January 2nd.
