Manager Gary Waddock was pleased to have the Royals' youth graduate on board, "He'll give us a different option. He's strong and he's got pace. We're looking for goals and hopefully he can help us out in that department."
Bignall has scored twice for Reading in a handful of appearances for the Championship side.
The 21 year old has enjoyed similar temporary spells with Southampton, Brentford, Stockport County and Bournemouth and should go straight into the Chairboys squad for their clash with Charlton Athletic this evening.
