Reading midfielder Jay Tabb has been given the all clear today after being knocked out in their clash with Burnley on Saturday.
The 27 year was hit in the head by a powerful clearance from the Clarets' goalkeeper Lee Grant and was taken to hospital following the match. He was discharged soon after.
Royals boss Brian McDermott confirmed that the Irishman should be back in contention for the next league fixture, "He was unconscious for 30 seconds. But he is OK which is the most important thing. At the time it was worrying because it was a hell of a whack."
