Justin Edinburgh has been speaking about his appointment as the new Newport County boss.
In an interview with the Blue Square Premier side's official website he discussed what he expects from his new charges.
"The biggest thing I want from my players is trust, right from the start, otherwise we will not succeed. I'm hardworking and I expect everybody around me to be the same and I want my players to express themselves and pass the ball neatly in the right areas."
"The bottom line is that we need to start winning football matches, people pay good money these days and they don't want to see their club in this position. There is no room for passengers that is for sure, we need to hit the ground running and start putting smiles back on players and supporters faces again." He continued.
