Falkirk have confirmed the departure of their coach Lee Bullen.
The former Sheffield Wednesday and Dunfermline defender has decided to leave the game completely to set up his own estate agents business in the North of England after struggling to get by on reduced wages at the Scottish First Division Side.
Speaking to the Express newspaper he said, "Falkirk are riding high just now near the top of the First Division, in the Ramsdens Cup Final and now the semi final of the League Cup. But I had a choice to make and supporting my kids had to come first."
"Things have been tough at Falkirk as money is tight and everyone from the kitman to the manager has taken a wage cut. I just couldn't carry on, but wish nothing but the best to Steven [Pressley, Manager] and the club."
Bullen joined Falkirk in 2008 after his Sheffield Wednesday contract expired. He made over 40 appearances for the club and became reserve team coach last season.
