Dover Athletic's new boss Nicky Forster says he wants high tempo football from his new charges this season
His first game in charge of the Whites resulted in a 3-0 victory over Carshalton Athletic at the weekend and he says he will continue to instill the same attacking mentality in his players.
"There are things we need to improve on and fitness is one of them. We want to play in a certain way, with a high tempo, and for that you need to be as fit as possible."
"I was a goalscorer and I want to see progressive football, taking the game to the opposition, getting the ball wide and getting crosses in the box, creating chances."
Forster will make his Blue Square South debut at the weekend as his side face Welling United.
