CHELMSFORD CITY: IBE HAPPY TO BE BACK

Kezie Ibe has spoken of his delight at returning to Chelmsford City during the summer.

The 28 year old was originally on the Clarets' books in 2006 for two years but moved onto Ebbsfleet after a fine run of form secured him a move. He came back to the Melbourne Stadium before the start of the current season after his contract with Farnborough expired.

"I remember from my first time at City how much of a buzz you get from scoring in front of so many fans at Melbourne. Yes, there's a running track, but the fans can still create an atmosphere and I want to feel that buzz a lot more."

Ibe started his career with Arsenal before making a name for himself in the lower leagues with Staines Town, scoring thirty goals for the club in one season.

The Clarets have had a decent start to the 2011/12 season and currently find themselves in 9th place in the division, but Ibe thinks there is room for improvement, "There's a good atmosphere around the squad and although we've not achieved all the results we were looking for, we're still progressing."
