The 20 year old has been attracting interest from a series of clubs including, bit not limited to Bournemouth, Fulham and Derby County.
Stags boss Paul Cox is frustrated at the amount of time the centre back is spending away from Field Mill, "This will probably be Tom's final opportunity. We want Tom here if no club is to meet our valuation."
