It will be the first international clash to take place at the new ground and England Under 19s boss Noel Blake said he was looking forward to seeing his young charges run out onto the pitch.
"The FA's Club England set up thought the stadium was very impressive when they visited recently. I haven't been myself but it looks superb from the games I've seen on TV, so our youngsters will relish playing there I'm sure."
