The 18 year old is currently on loan with Blue Square Premier side Barrow but Bantams' boss Phil Parkinson has moved quickly to secure a longer deal for the promising youngster.
Rowe expressed his delight at the extension that will keep him at the club until 2013, "It is great to have the stability of a longer deal behind me. Hopefully it will allow me to kick on. I'm enjoying my time at Barrow, but my main aim is to get into the starting 11 here."
