The 23 year old was a free agent after the expiration of his Hearts contract in the summer.
Blyth manager Steve Cuggy expressed his delight at adding Mole to his squad, "Jamie comes to us strongly recommended and clearly has a fair amount of pedigree. He has aspirations to get back into the full time game which suits us, as Jamie knows that he'll boost these chances by playing well for us."
Mole had loan spells with Livingston, Dunfermline and Raith Rovers in the past.
