Welling United manager Jamie Day says the club's league fixtures will be the priority this season despite the attraction of a run in the FA Cup.
The Wings travel to Bromley on October 1st for their FA Cup qualification game but Day says they won't be disappointed if they lose out in that fixture, as long as they keep picking up points in the league.
"Every club would like a good FA Cup run. It helps the club financially, but for me the league is the bread and butter. I'd take three points over us winning in the cup if that were the case."
Welling meet their FA Cup opponents in a league match on Saturday.
