The duo have been allowed to leave by boss Kevin Wilkin in an attempt to find first team football elsewhere, something they have struggled with at Liberty Way.
"Luke had a good season last year in the youth team and I don't want him sitting on a bench here when he can be out there getting experience in senior football. I believe the same with any young player, they should be playing, not sitting on the bench, so we have agreed to cancel his agreement so he can move on."
Discussing Belcher's move, a summer signing from Hinckley United, Wilkin said, "I am the first to admit he has not had much of an opportunity with us for different reasons. I am sure he will go on to play at this level on a different stage."
