The 24 year old defender had been on trial with the club over the last few weeks and has now been handed a deal until mid January.
Imps boss Steve Tilson was delighted to be able to shore up his leaky defence, "With Tony Sinclair's ankle and knee still a bit delicate, Jean will give us that cover. At this moment in time he will be a squad player, but I am sure he will do a good job whenever he is called upon."
Arnaud has turned out for UD Melilla, Libourne and RC Lens in the past.
