Mark Stimson has spoken of his plans for Kettering Town after being confirmed as their new manager this week.
Despite tasting defeat in their game against Tamworth at the weekend, Stimson believes there is talent amongst the current pool of players.
"I'm sure that in time this group will improve if we work on it. The talent is here but we don't have any wide players at the moment. I've tried to make it easier with the formation and changing that might be something to look at."
"The lads are probably lacking a bit of belief as well which the staff and myself can work on. We've got to see whether we can get the best out of them now."
