The youngster, who is comfortable at left back, central defence or in the centre of midfield, was snapped up by Everton in 2009 from Leeds United. Robins boss Mary Yates spoke of his delight at the capture.
"We've got another good young player from a fantastic club. He has been a very good youth player, he's stepped up well to reserve football and now he is looking to take the next step in his career."
He will remain with the Robins for a month.
