Buxton have announced the return of their all time leading goalscorer, Mark Reed.
The 30 year old moved to Chester in the summer but made only fleeting appearances for the Blues before returning to Buxton for an undisclosed fee this week.
Reed notched 191 goals in 294 appearances for Buxton and manager John Reed is understandably thrilled to have the striker back at the Silverlands.
"We're absolutely over the moon. I'd like to thank the board for putting up the money to bring Mark back. He is like a son to Buxton. Hopefully we'll get back to winning ways tomorrow with a couple of goals from Mark Reed."
