Bristol City manager Keith Millen has revealed he may have to choose a new spot-kick taker for future matches after Nicky Maynard missed his second penalty in a row at the weekend.
The striker was called upon half way through the second half in the Robins game with Leeds United on Saturday. Patrick Kisnorbo was dismissed on 64 minutes after bringing Maynard down in the penalty area, however Leeds' goalkeeper Andy Lonergan saved the subsequent spot-kick. The game ended in a 2-1 defeat for Bristol and with Millen considering changing his penalty taker.
"Nicky wants to score goals for the club, he's our top scorer and he puts himself forward. However that's two he has missed now and we'll have to look at that."
