Toppar, a midfielder previously with Newport County, featured on five occasions for Lido this season but has now moved to Taffs Well, the club he left to join Lido in the summer.
Gavin Jones, also a midfielder, made the same number of appearances and has agreed to join Briton Ferry Llansawel.
