Boss Sam Allardyce has revealed how the offer from the Premier League newboys did not meet the clubs valuation of Parker, "It was not accepted by the chairman, it's as simple as that."
"They set their own evaluation, we set our own evaluations. It's not what we want, but like any other transfer you negotiate until a point where you get to make a deal or you move on and look for another one." he continued.
QPR are expected to return with an improved offer following the news earlier this week that they had been taken over by businessman, Tony Fernandes.
