Manager Paul Sturrock has commented on the dispute which is believed to have involved defender Bilel Mohsni who was this week punished by the club himself, "I'm in discussions with Alassane about his situation at this football club."
N'Diaye joined Southend on a season long loan in June but has yet to feature in any of the Shrimpers matches this term.
