OLDHAM ATHLETIC FC: NATHAN CLARKE LOANED TO LATICS

Oldham Athletic manager Paul Dickov has moved quickly to replace the suspended Jean Yves Mvoto by bringing Huddersfield Town defender Nathan Clarke to the club.

Clarke signs on loan in a five month deal and will cover for Mvoto who is serving a ban in the game against Rochdale tomorrow.

The 27 year old has struggled to make an impact on the Huddersfield first team this season and sees his short stint at Oldham as a way to prove himself, "After playing every week and being in a regular in the side, it has been tough," he told Oldham's official website.

"It's an experience most players go through and it is great to have the chance to probe a point at another club. This is a new experience and new challenge and one I am looking forward to." he added.
