The 22 year old has made 103 appearances for the O's in 3 years with the club and is a key figure for Russell Slade's squad. In an interview with Orient's official website the manager said, "I feel for the boy because he has worked hard at strengthening it, but it's now clear an operation is needed. Hoepfully this will solve the problem once and for all and Jamie can return stronger in the New Year."
