Stephenson only signed a new contract with the West Yorkshire club this week but Bradford's head of development was keen for the youngster to see first team action, "We will look to give Darren a taste of first team football out on loan first as he's a month or so ahead in terms of his development."
Luke Dean has spent time out on loan previously, with FC Halifax and has made two substitute appearances for the Bantams over the past two seasons.
