The eighteen year old only signed a professional deal with the Gills during the summer, so will be hoping these 4 weeks give him invaluable playing experience. This is not the first time Hawkes has been out on loan, he played in Ebbsfleet's promotion season last year and will hope to replicate the same success with Ramsgate.
