19 year old Dalla Valle started his career with Finnish side JIPPO before moving to Liverpool in 2008, he signed for Fulham in the summer of 2010 in a deal that took Paul Konchesky in the opposite direction.
Manager Peter Houston said, "Lauri is a player I have been aware of for some time, having seen him play at Liverpool. Once I knew he was available and knowing how highly he is rated by Fulham's reserve coach Billy McKinlay, I wanted him signed up quickly."
United currently sit in 8th place in the SPL after taking 5 points for 5 games.
