Bradford City could be without the services of midfielder, David Syers for a lengthy stretch as it has been confirmed the player has suffered torn knee ligaments.
The injury was sustained in the league cup defeat to Leeds last week and manager Peter Jackson has spoken of his disappointment at the news, "I thought Dave was having one of his best games since I've been at the club before the injury struck so he is definitley going to be a loss to us."
Early reports suggest that Syers could be out of action for up to 3 months as he battles back to full fitness.
