AIRDRIE: SALLY EXTENDS STAY

Airdrie United have handed Scott Sally a new contract keeping him at the club until the end of 2013. The exciting young striker, aged just 18 years old was recently on the radar of scouts at Rangers and was, in the last few weeks invited to Ibrox to train with their first team squad.

Airdrie boss, Jimmy Boyle said, "This is another positive step forward by the club and it allows me to continue planning for the future. We are keeping a group of young players here who have been growing together for the last few years at youth level and increasing their experience at first team level."
