AFC BOURNEMOUTH: CHERRIES CHASE BOWLES

Gary Bowles could be on his way from Dorchester Town to Bournemouth as the Cherries look to make a second bid for his services ahead of the close of the transfer window.

The defender was the subject of a bid by the South Coast club in early August and Lee Bradbury is expected to increase his interest in the 22 year old this week.

Dorchester manager Ashley Vickers said, "We're still waiting for news. Bournemouth are still showing an interest and I believe Shaun and Eddie [Mitchell, AFC Bournemouth chairman] are trying to work something out."
