WATFORD FC: DYCHE REVIEWS THE SEASON SO FAR

Watford boss Sean Dyche has delivered a review of his side's performances in the Championship this season after ten games.

Speaking ahead of the international break this weekend, Dyche declared his managerial record so far as average as his Hornets sit in 18th position in the division.

"My assessment so far, mixing in everything that's happened in the summer and across the early weeks would be that we've done okay and that we can do a lot better. It's my feeling that we should have had more points on the board than we've currently got, for a variety of reasons."

"We're moving forward as a group though, but it's very much work in progress for us given the amount of change there's been at the football club over the past few months."

"Let there be no misunderstanding, I'm well aware of my responsibility and accountability to Watford Football Club and it's supporters. I expect everyone to come back from this weekend off ready to move forward into the next batch of matches, and the new challenges those games will bring."

Watford's next league clash will be with Crystal Palace on October 15th.
