The striker has found first team opportunities hard to come back at the Evo Stik Southern Premier side. In an interview with the North Devon Journal Bluebirds boss Barry Yeo spoke about the move.
"We brought Ryan in to bolster the squad and give us more attacking threat. He's still in contact with Tiverton. After speaking with Mark Saunders [Tiverton manager], he was happy to let him go out and get games."
"He's a young lad and he wants to be playing football."
Turner made his debut for the Bluebirds against Hallen last week, scoring twice.
