Shaw joined the club in April, filling the void left by Sean Connolly who left the club the previous summer. Soon after his appointment Shaw insisted the move was not a short term one.
"I'm absolutely delighted and honoured that the directors and shareholders have offered me this position at such a highly regarded and prestigious club. I am really looking forward to working with both the existing management and the supporters to bring renewed prosperity to the club in the forthcoming season and beyond."
The statement on the Hatters' website read, "We would like to thank Graham for all his efforts over the past six months and wish him well in his future career."
