NUNEATON TOWN: MILLS OUT FOR THREE MONTHS

Nuneaton Town manager Kevin Wilkin has reacted to the news that midfielder Gary Mills will be out of action for three months following a knee injury sustained in the game against Coventry Sphinx last week.

"It's a bitter pill to swallow losing Gary. Paul Egan says two to three months, but Gary himself is a bit more optimistic. I hope he's right, but we are just taking it week by week at the moment. It's a shame because he was settling in well and was showing the qualities I knew he had."

Mills only moved to Nuneaton last month but now faces a long spell on the sidelines.
