HULL CITY: PEARSON KEEN TO MAKE MOST OF BREAK

Hull boss Nigel Pearson insists he won't be relaxing during the international break, despite his side sitting in the top six of the Championship.

The Tigers are currently on a six match unbeaten run and Pearson is keen to use the break in competitive action wisely.

"We always knew at the weekend that regardless of what anybody else did, if we won our game we would be in a decent position. That was always a good incentive and we've achieved that." Pearson said in an interview with the club's official website.

"Now we've got a number of players away on international duty, but the break does give a chance for a couple of the players that are injured to get closer to fitness." He continued.
