GILLINGHAM FC: FULLER SET FOR SCAN

Gillingham's Barry Fuller will have another scan this week to determine the extent of the damage to his knee.

The 27 year old sustained the injury in the clash with Hereford last month and Gills boss Andy Hessenthaler is keen to find the source of the problem and get the defender back in the first team.

"The specialist will have another look at the scan because we are concerned with the bone bruising inside the knee. There is also a little problem with the posterior cruciate. If it is only bruising and he needs an injection then he will be back in a week to 10 days so we are not sure on that one."

Fuller adds to a long list of injuries at the Priestfield; Danny Spiller, Charlie Lee, Danny Jackman and Andy Frampton are still stuck on the sidelines.
