FLEETWOOD TOWN: LOAN DUO SIGN

Fleetwood Town's Micky Mellon has strengthened his squad with the additions of two loan players.

Crawley Town duo Charlie Wassmer and Glenn Wilson have moved to the Blue Square Premier side to plug the gaps left after a string of injuries.

The pair are both defenders, Wassmer plays primarily as a centre-back whereas Wilson is comfortable either at right-back or as a centre-half.

Speaking after securing the deals Mellon said, "They are both winning footballers and it once again shows the good relationship we have with Crawley Town and Steve Evans. We are not bringing the pair in as a luxury. We are down to seventeen fit players and they are very much needed."
