The 19 year old will be on international duty with the Wales Under 21 squad, forcing Grecians boss Paul Tisdale to alter his starting line up.
"Jake has been called up for the Wales Under 21s, which is great for them but he'll miss Tuesday and Saturday which is a shame. But otherwise I'll play my best team to win the game."
Taylor is currently on a one month loan deal from Reading, he has featured twice for the League One side this season.
