BOSTON UNITED: WARD SET FOR SPELL ON SIDELINES

Boston United defender Tom Ward will be out of action for a while after sustaining ankle ligament damage in their weekend clash with Kidsgrove Athletic.

The 20 year old was substituted after just five minutes in the FA Cup game on Saturday and manager Jason Lee revealed his concerns.

"He twisted his ankle and he's probably got some ligament damage. It swelled up straight away and I imagine he'll be out for a while."
