The 27 year old moves to the Angels after his Dover Athletic contract expired in the summer. He has also featured for Bishop's Stortford, Luton Town and Ashford Town.
Angels' boss Tommy Warrilow was quick to point out the benefits of signing a player with Gillman's experience, "Rob has an excellent pedigree and his experience of Blue Square South will prove invaluable as we progress through the season."
