Tony Taggart says the squad rotation that takes place at Sutton United is a great incentive for him to keep on form.
The summer signing from Eastleigh has been a near ever present for the Us, sitting out just two matches, and the midfielder believes the rotation policy in place is keeping the squad on their toes.
"The manager has said he wants to mix it up and sometimes people will be rested. A few of my performance have not been my best, but knowing there are players to come on makes you pick up your game. You've got to be willing to put in a performance to keep the shirt."
