Adam Le Fondre, Reading's transfer window signing from Rotherham United, says the step up from League Two to the Championship is not a problem for him.
The 24 year old was speaking after he scored the second goal as the Royals ran out 2-0 victors over basement club Doncaster Rovers.
"I was quite relieved after last week when I failed to score. I've said that I want to come here to get goals and hopefully this is the first of many. I've found the step up seamless, obviously the quality is higher, the tempo is quicker, but I think I've fitted in well and I'm sure I'll be scoring more goals than just this one."
Le Fondre scored 54 goals in 96 appearances for Rotherham United, prompting Reading boss Brian McDermott to pay £350,000 for his services.
