Lord left his position at Derby County to move to the Kassam Stadium and told the official website how happy he was to make the move, "It's a great club with a superb set up and I'm really happy to be making the move here and helping the club move forward."
Lord spent two years with Oxford on a part time basis before moving to Derby.
