THE NEW SAINTS FC: TNS LOANEES CAUGHT UP IN CONTROVERSY

Cymru Alliance side Caersws could face disciplinary action following reports that they fielded two ineligible players in their game with Flint Town on September 3rd.

The controversy surrounds the on loan TNS duo of Scott Quigley and Sean Ellis, neither of whom are thought to have been registered in time to feature in league games for the Bluebirds.

Caersws club secretary Gareth Lloyd insists the relevant documents were sent out in time, "The transfer forms were faxed to the league secretary as requested and, as such, were time dated. We were informed of the situation by TNS so we took the immediate decision to withdraw the players."

The Bluebirds await the response of the Huws Gray Alliance.
