The 21 year old signed for the Stags in November last year but was released in May. He re-joined the club in the summer but has now moved on a short term deal to the Blue Square North in an attempt to play consistently.
Mitchley started his career at Skelmersdale before moving through the youth systems at Oldham, Wigan and Blackpool.
