Former Brentford manager Nicky Forster has been confirmed as the new boss of Blue Square South side Dover Athletic.
Forster has signed a one year contract with the Whites after leaving his post as youth team manager at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Dover chairman Jim Parmenter discussed the move for the former Reading and Birmingham striker, "Nicky has had an impressive playing career at some big clubs and did very well during his time as manager at Brentford."
"Nicky is totally enthused by the prospect of managing the club and we look forward to a very successful future."
Forster replaces Martin Hayes who had his contract terminated during the week.
