20 year old Adams has yet to feature for the Black Cats' first team but has represented England at under 20 level.
Miguel Llera signed for Blackpool during the summer after a successful trial period. He has made only one substitute appearance for the Championship side, but has other experience in English football after playing for Charlton and MK Dons.
Both defenders will remain at Griffin Park until December 7th.
