The 18 year old central defender, previously on trial with Gillingham, has joined up with Bishop's Stortford.
He had a successful time last season in the Hammers' Under 18 squad, captaining them as they were victorious in the Southend United Challenge Youth Cup.
Ian Walker's men have conceded eighteen goals in eight matches and will be looking to Craig to help shore up the defence.
